摘要
对影响离合器传动片落料冲孔模使用寿命的因素进行了试验研究。结果表明,选择合理的冲裁间隙,应用W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢、GW50钢结硬质合金作为模芯材料,并采用真空热处理强化工艺,使落料冲孔模使用寿命提高20倍以上。
Test and research for the factors which affect the operation life of punching dies used for shearing off the clutch driving plate are conducted.The results indicate that more than 20 times of the punching die life improvement can be obtained by selecting reasonable punching clearance, using W6Mo5-Cr4V2 HSS and CW50 steel as die core material and the reinforced vacuum heat treatment process.
