摘要
以不同络合剂与二水合醋酸锌为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米氧化锌。探讨络合剂、温度、反应pH值及复配表面活性剂对氧化锌粉体粒度、形貌及分散性的影响。用TEM,XRD对氧化锌粉体进行表征。结果表明,十二烷基硫酸钠和聚乙烯吡咯啉酮复配能有效地分散和控制颗粒的团聚,制备出粒径在35nm左右、纯度高、晶型良好、分散性好的纳米氧化锌。
Zinc oxide nanopowder is prepared by sol-gel method using zinc acetate dihydrate and complex agents as starting material. The influences of different complex agents, reaction temperature, pH value and different complicated surfactants on the particle size, shape and dispersity of ZnO are investigated. ZnO powder is characterized by TEM and XRD. The results show that using sodium dodecyl sulfate and polyvinyl pyrrolidone can effectively disperse the nano-scaled ZnO and control aggregation. ZnO powder with 35nm average particle size and high purity, fine crystallization, well dispersion is obtained.
