摘要
为减少铝酸盐熟料溶出过程的氧化铝的损失,研究二次反应对氧化铝溶出率的影响。结果表明,溶出温度控制在70-80℃之间,溶出时间30min,液固比为6左右,溶出液中碳酸钠的浓度9%左右时,能有效抑制二次反应的发生,提高氧化铝溶出率。
In order to decrease the loss of alumina in leaching process of sintering mixture aluminate, the influences of secondary reaction on leaching rate of alumina are investigated by experiments. The results show that the secondary reaction can be effectively curbed to a certain extent under the leaching condition of temperature 70-80℃, leaching time 30min, ratio of liquid and solid about 6, sodium carbonate concentration about 9%, and the leaching rate of alumina can be improved.
