通过对迁钢公司板坯加热过程进行在线测试，分析了影响板坯温度均匀性的原因，改进了加热炉侧烧嘴结构。通过调整加热炉侧烧嘴火焰长度、扩散角度和操作制度，改善了板坯轧制后的温度均匀性。
