摘要
随着近几年国内大盘卷生产线的陆续投产,耐高温高强度螺栓(B7)用钢的生产方式由传统的棒材转为盘卷生产。通过对高强度螺栓的热处理工艺进行模拟试验,对比研究了盘卷和棒材2种生产工艺条件下得到的B7用钢的热处理工艺性能,并对B7用钢的热处理工艺提出了建议。
In recent years, as the domestic wire production lines were put into production, the steel with properties of high strength and high temperature resistant (B7) tends to be produced in wire production lines instead of the traditional bar production lines. Through the simulation test on the heat treatment of high strength bolt, the heat treatment properties of B7 steel separately produced in wire production line and bar production line are studied, and then the suggestions for the heat treatment of B7 steel are put forward.
