摘要
介绍了XK5040机床数控化改造方案和设计,包括方案的优化选择、进给传动系统和主传动系统的改造设计、选择合适的计算机数控系统、对机床关键部件参数设计计算、机床结构设计、安装及机电联合调试等。最终使改造后的机床达到预期的功能和精度。
This paper describes the numerically retrofitting technology on CK5040 machine tool, including the optimization of the retrofitting scheme, reform of feed transmission and main transmission system, the selection of an appropriate computerized numerical control system, the computation of parameters of the key components, the design of machine tool structure, the installation and mechanical and electrical union debugging, as well as matters requiring attention to detail, etc. The result shows that the machine tool achieved expected function and precision after the retrofitting.
