A M/G/1 retrial queue with loss of arrival, additional phase of service and feedback is considered. For an enponential retrial time, the necessary and sufficient condition for the system stability is obtained, assuming that only the customer at the head of the orbit has priority access to the server. The steady-state distributions of the number of customers in the system and the orbit are obtained along with other performance measures.
