血流动力学检测对PCI患者血流动力学参数的临床评价 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死择期行经皮冠脉介入(PCI)治疗前后血流动力学的临床评价。方法以2005年5月—2008年7月在我科住院的急性心肌梗死后7d~14d内成功完成PCI治疗的患者27例为研究对象。应用美国BiozCom无创血流动力学监测仪,选取18种血流动力学参数:心率(HR)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心输出量/心脏指数(CO/CI)、每搏输出量/每搏指数(SV/SI)、外周血管阻力/阻力指数(SVR/SVRI)、速度指数(VI)、加速指数(ACI)、液体水平(TFC)、左室功能/左室功能指数(LCW/LCWI)、预射血期(PEP)、左室射血时间(LVET)、收缩时间比率(STR),对治疗前后进行血流动力学定量评估。结果成功PCI使收缩时间比率、SVR/SVRI较术前显著下降(P<0.05),心输出量/心脏指数、每搏输出量/每搏指数、速度指数、加速指数、左室功能/左室功能指数显著提高(P<0.05)。结论择期PCI能改善急性心肌梗死患者的左室功能,无创血流动力学检测可作为评价PCI疗效的手段。
