摘要
论述出版社年轻编辑创新能力培养的重要意义,分析总结创新型编辑人才应当具备的综合素质,提出通过制订培养目标、设计培养规划、建立激励机制,全面培养年轻编辑创新能力的培养模式。
This article discusses the significance to train and explore young editors＇ creativity. By analyzing and summing up what comprehensive qualities that creative editors shall possess, hence the author brings forward a new mode on training young editors＇ creativity through specifying training objectives, programming training plans and setting up an incentive mechanism.
