摘要
随着出版发行体制改革的深化,出版业面临着新的转型。这一转型,为出版企业提供了"二次创业"的契机。在"二次创业"中,出版企业员工管理模式应从传统的"命令—控制"型向"引导—激励"型转变,运用激励的制度安排来激发员工的潜能,提高其工作积极性,实现员工和企业的共同发展。
With the reform' s deepening, the publishing industry is faced with a new transition, which provides the publishing industry with the opportunities of "second entrepreneurship". In the "second entrepreneurship" of the publishing industry, the traditional management mode of "command-control" should be transformed to that of "guide-incentive" and use incentive mechanism to motivate employees' potentiality, improve their work enthusiasm and realize the common development of both the enterprise and its employees.
