全球金融危机已对我国农业造成冲击,由于我国农业基础相对薄弱,抵御自然灾害和市场风险的能力较弱,农业发展面临诸多难题。在新形势下,在加大对农业支持力度的同时,还需合理选择投入方向和投入重点,不断优化投入结构,加大对农业基础设施、农业科技、社会化服务体系、市场体系以及农业保险等方面的支持,改进农业补贴方式,以促进农业的稳定发展。

The global financial crisis has an impact on China's agriculture.Because of relatively weak agriculture foundation and low capability against natural disasters and market risks,the development of China's agriculture is facing aspects of problems.In the context of financial crisis,government's expenses in agriculture should be increased;at the same time,China's government should reasonably choose the direction and focus of the expenses.Furthermore,government should constantly optimize the investment structure,emphasize agricultural infrastructure,agricultural science and technology,social service system,market system,agricultural insurance and improve the way of agricultural subsidies in order to promote the stable development of agriculture.
