循证护理是近十年来兴起的一种新的护理理念,它是以证据为核心同时将证据、护理技能及病人的价值意愿相结合的护理新模式。它克服了传统护理的弊端,为病人提供最可靠、高质量、有价值的护理服务,已成为21世纪护理实践的新标准。论述循证护理的实践程序、循证护理与疾病护理的区别、循证护理与整体护理的关系,揭示循证护理对我国传统的临床护理实践及传统的护理教育所带来的种种挑战,并制定相应的实施对策。

Evidence-based nursing is a new nursing idea which has emerged in recent ten years. It takes the evidence as the core, and at the same time is a new nursing pattern which unites evidence, nursing skills and patient＇s value wish. It has overcome the shortcomes of traditional nursing malpractice, providing patients with reliability, high quality, as well as valuable nursing service, has become the new standard of the 21st century nursing practice. The article covers the origin and concept of evidence-based nursing, the practice procedure of evidence-based nursing, the differences between disease nursing and the evidence-based nursing, and the relationship between the whole nursing and the evidence-based nursing. It also tells the challenge of evidence-based nursing to our country＇s traditional clinical nursing practice and traditional nursing education. Corresponding implementation countermeasures have been formulated as well.
