绝经后阴道出血临床研究

Clinical Study of Colporrhagia after Menopause

目的进一步探讨引起绝经后阴道出血的常见原因及其与出血年龄、绝经年限的关系及出血距初诊时间的关系。方法回顾性分析152例绝经后阴道出血患者的临床和病理资料。结果非器质性疾病80例,占52.6%,良性疾病54例,占35.5%,恶性肿瘤18例,占11.8%。恶性肿瘤患者发病年龄明显高于良性疾病和非器质性病变者(P均<0.01)。恶性肿瘤出血者绝经年限明显长于良性疾病和非器质性病变者(P<0.01)。出血距初次就诊时间也以恶性肿瘤明显长于良性疾病和非器质性病变者。结论绝经后阴道出血的主要原因是非器质性疾病,其次为良性疾病。恶性肿瘤引起绝经后阴道出血的年龄及绝经年限均长于良性疾病和非器质性病变者。

Objective To further discuss the common causes of the vaginal bleeding after menopause and the relationship among the age of bleeding, post menopausal duration and the period the patients to see the doctor since the bleeding. Methods we retrospectively analyze the clinical and pathological results in 152 vaginal bleeding patients after menopause. Results Among the 152 cases, 80 of them are non - organic diseases（52. 6% ） ,54 of them are benign diseases（35.5% ） and 18 of them are malignant tumors （ 11.8% ）. The patients with malignant tumor were older than those with benign and non - organic diseases. （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The period the patients to see the doctor since the bleeding of the malignant tumor patients is longer than the benign and non - organic patients. Conclusion The main causes of the vaginal bleeding after menopause is non - organic diseases firstly, the benign diseases secondly. The age of the bleeding patients due to the malignant tumors is older than the benign and non -organic patients. The post menopausal duration of the patients due to the malignant tumors is longer than the benign and non -organic patients.
