摘要
本文首先回顾了板料成形仿真技术的产生、发展和基本方法,综述了关于该技术的几个基本问题的研究进展和现状。这些问题是:动力显式法、接触处置、本构关系及有限元程序。然后介绍了这一CAE方面的技术突破在国外汽车工业和成形工业中的应用,并从实用观点指出了对该技术的进一步要求以及需要进一步调查研究的问题。
The paper summarizes the evolution and basic approaches of sheet forming simulation (SFS) and describes the current situation and research progress on some fundamental topics of the technology, such as the dynamic explicit method, the contact treatment, the constitutive relation and the finite element program. Then, the application of sheet forming simulation as a breakthrough in the CAE technology in some foreign auto and forming industries is presented, and in view of practice, some further demands and improvements for the technology are pointed out.
