摘要
本文应用空间机构运动学原理对双横臂独立悬架进行空间运动计算。在此基础上对转向梯形断点位置的确定进行详细分析计算,编制了确定转向梯形断开点位置的通用优化计算程序。与传统的平面作图法或平面解析法相比,本文考虑更多的因素,计算结果更加符合实际情况,为双横臂独立悬架转向梯形设计提供了精确实用的方法。
The principles of kinematics of spatial mechanism are applied to the calculation of the spatial motion of the double-wishbone type suspension. The determination of splitting point of Ackerman steering linkage is analyzed and a related optimization program is developed. Compared with the conventional planar graphic and analytic method, more factors are considered in this paper and the solution is closer to reality. So an accurate and useful method is provided for designing the splitting Ackerman steering linkage of double-wishbone suspension.
