输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨经钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析22例输尿管结石应用经尿道输尿管镜钬激光碎石治疗的临床资料,其中输尿管上段结石3例、中段5例、下段14例。结果本组22例经钬激光碎石术治疗一次性碎石成功率为90.9%(20/22),碎石失败率为9.1%。术后有5例出现不同程度的血尿,2例出现发热,应用抗生素及对症治疗后痊愈。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石是治疗输尿管结石是一种安全、有效的腔道泌尿外科碎石方法。
