人β-防御素-2在肺部炎性疾病的研究进展 被引量:2

Research of human beta-defensin-2 in inflammatory pulmonary diseases

摘要 人类为抵抗外界微生物侵袭,逐步形成一套完善的天然免疫和获得性免疫系统。人防御素作为重要的天然免疫成分,近10年成为研究热点。各脏器黏膜表面分泌的β防御素是机体主要的防御屏障。而人β-防御素-2在感染和炎症诱导下在肺部进行高水平表达,成为研究防御素和肺部感染性和非感染性疾病的临床课题。 Perfect immune system has been developed against the invasion of microorganisms in human beings,which include the innate immunity and the acquired immunity. Defensins as a key element of the innate immunity has got more attention in recent ten years. Furthermore, beta-defensins expressed at mucosal surface play an important defensive barrier role in the innate immunity. Human beta-defensin-2 may be the next focal point of research in inflammatory pulmonary diseases because of its highly expression in infectious or non-infectious inflammation.
