摘要 单端供电的配电网,电源端对节点的电压调节与控制是有限的,随着节点负荷功率的不断增加,导致了节点电压的下降。根据配电网负荷分布和节点电压潮流可行解的分析,提出了一种基于线路最大功率传输的配电网重构方法。此方法在送端电压一定的情况下,在保证节点电压可行解存在的前提下,以负荷因子(LSF)决定线路的最大传输功率,以线路最大传输功率的大小来决策输电线路的薄弱路径;以节点电压偏差和网损最小为重构目标,获得了对辐射型配电网重构的优化算法。同时利用快速支路交换法实现网络重构,以IEEE33为例对算法进行了验证,结果表明了该算法的有效性与正确性。 Distribution network supplied by single-ended power limits bus voltage control.With load increasing in distribution network, its bus voltage falls.According to the relation between load distribution and power flow feasible boundary,a new method based on power transmission for configuration of radial distribution system(RDS) is proposed.When the sending end voltage is kept constant and power load is increasing,index of load scale factor quantifies the margin to maximum loadability for any transmission line.Optimal reconfiguration involves selection of the best set of branches to be opened to reduction voltage deviation and loss,such that resulting of configuration of RDS by quick branch-exchange has the desired performance.A33-bus RDS is reconfigured by presented method and the results are effective and valid.
