摘要 在常温下采用卤水—氨正向加料直接沉淀法制得了超细、高分散氢氧化镁粉体,系统研究了存放时间、干燥方式、洗涤方式等后处理工艺对氢氧化镁粒径及其分布的影响。研究结果表明:存放时间和干燥方式对氢氧化镁的粒径大小及其分布影响很小;与蒸馏水、乙醇洗涤产品相比,用丙酮洗涤产品不仅显著降低了产品的粒径,而且明显缩短了过滤时间,极大的提高工作效率。采用了超声波粒径分析仪(UPSA)、高压透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)等现代分析仪器对结果进行了表征。 Sub - micron magnesium hydroxide with high dispersity was synthesized via MgCl2-NH3·H2O direct precipitation method under room temperature in this paper. The influence of post - treating process, including depositing time, drying style and washing style, on the particle size and the distribution of magnesium hydroxide were systematically investigated. The experimental results showed that the depositing time and drying styles had a slight effect on the particle size and the distribution of products. Compared with the product washed through distilled water or ethanol, the particle size of the product washed through acetone was significantly reduced, the filtration time was obviously shortened, and the work efficiency was improved evidently. The powders were characterized by modern analytic instruments such as UPSA, TEM, SEM, FTIR respectively.
