Design and Construction of Tunnelling in Shanghai Soft Soil

在回顾了上海软土隧道设计与施工的历史后,简要地指出了取得的成绩与存在的问题。对上海软土隧道选择盾构法施工的设计原则、盾构造型、衬砌选型、防水设计,盾构进出井的设计与施工、盾构法施工中的参数优化与匹配、地面沉降预测与控制、同步注浆的参数控制、盾构蛇行及轴线控制、盾构法施工的进度与成本及其控制方法进行了论述。最后,对上海软土隧道设计与施工提出了几点积极的建议。

After describing briefly the experiences and lessons from the tunneling in Shanghai soft soil ground, this paper presents the design principle , selection of shield and lining types, waterproofing design, shaft design and construction ,parameters optimization and matching of shield tunneling ,forecast and control of ground settlement .parameter selection of synchronous grouting,prevention of snake motion and control of tunnelling advance rate and cost . A- number of suggestions are made on the tunnel design and construction in Shanghai soft soil ground.
