阴道镜下LEEP治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变临床观察

目的探讨宫颈高频电波刀电圈切除术（LEEP）治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）的效果。方法采用阴道镜辅助下的宫颈环形电切术：对53例CIN患者进行治疗并对其疗效进行回顾性分析。结果根据宫颈细胞学涂片检查结果，诊断为低度鳞状上皮内瘤变（LSIL）和高度鳞状上皮内瘤变（HSIL），经活检病理诊为CINⅠ～Ⅲ，行LEEP锥切，术后病理检查结果尖锐湿疣2例（3。77％）；CINⅠ级25例（47．2％）；CIN Ⅱ级20例（37．7％），CINⅢ级6例（11．3％）。术后6个月复查TCT，均未见不典型细胞。结论LEEP是治疗CIN的一种安全有效的方法。

After six months of TCT review atypical ceils. Conclusion The LEEP CIN treatment is a safe and effective method.
