摘要
冲击压实技术是指在旧水泥混凝土路面改造过程中,采用多边形钢轮冲击压实机将旧路面板击碎的同时将其夯实稳固到基层上,从而使原有路面结构成为新铺层良好支撑的一种新技术。结合工程实例,对冲击压实技术的基本原理、设备和施工工艺等进行介绍和探讨,可为同类工程提供决策和参考。
Impact compaction is a new technology applied in PCPR redevelopment work, using compactor mounting with polygonal steel wheel breaking up the concrete slab and impacting the crashed material bonding with base course at the meantime, form the exist road structure to be the support base for the new concrete road pavement. The following article presenting and discussing the basic theory and technics of impact compaction technology combined with engineering case, which will afford decision making and reference for the similar project construction.
