摘要
通过分析黑龙江省农业发展的商业性金融支持现状,结合黑龙江省商业性金融支持农业存在的问题,借鉴国外商业性金融支持农业发展的经验,提出强化商业性金融对农业经济的服务功能、发挥农业银行支农的主导作用、鼓励各类商业资本进入农村金融领域等对策,以支持黑龙江省农业发展。
Commercial finance which is financial system＇s main power plays an important role in supporting for agriculture＇s development. But with the transition of development allocation of commercial finance, its function in support agriculture becomes weak. The article introduces strategies of Heilongjiang province＇s commercial financial support for agriculture through experience of foreign commercial financial support for agriculture.
