摘要
采用传统的电导法研究了不同浓度(5-70 mmol/L)阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)条件下氯乙酸甲酯、氯乙酸乙酯(ECA)及氯乙酸叔丁酯(t-BCA)的碱性水解二级反应的速率常数。试验结果表明,表面活性剂SDS对氯乙酸酯的水解起禁阻作用,并初步讨论了产生禁阻作用的原因。
The alkaline hydrolysis of chloroacetates, such as methyl chloroacetate (MCA), ethyl chloroacetate (ECA), tert-butyl chloroaeetate (t-BCA), were investigated at different concentrations of anionic surfactant micelle of sodium dodecyl sulfate (from 5 mmol/L to 70 mmol/L) with the traditional method of conductant. The results indicated that SDS inhibited the alkaline hydrolysis of chloroacetates. The principle for the inhibition effect was discussed.
