摘要
介绍了吉化集团公司400 kt/a含硫废水制酸装置原料、工艺技术、自动控制及主要设备情况。燃烧炉采用820℃左右的热空气助燃,净化工序采用一级动力波洗涤器—气体冷却塔—二级动力波洗涤器—两级电除雾器流程,转化工序采用"3+1"两次转化工艺。该装置是目前国内硫酸产能最大、设备国产化率最高的废酸再生装置。
The raw materials, process, automatic control and key equipment of Jilin Chemical Group's 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on sulphur-containing wastewater are described. The incinerator uses hot air at about 820 ℃ to support combustion. Two stage DynaWave scrubbers, packed gas cooling tower and two stage wet electrostatic precipitators are used in cleaning section and "3 + 1 "double conversion section. The plant is now the largest spent acid regeneration plant in China with process is used in conversion the highest localization rate of equipment.
