Application of on-line spraying technology in repair of firebricks liner of sulphur-burning furnace

硫磺制酸焚硫炉、废热锅炉或硫铁矿制酸沸腾炉耐火砖内衬局部脱落或开裂是常见问题。威顿公司采用在线喷涂修补技术先后对2套400 kt/a硫磺制酸装置焚硫炉耐火砖内衬进行修复,前后仅耗时1个多小时。生产实践表明,喷涂修补技术的应用效果相当好,可以大大延长焚硫炉的使用寿命。

Local falling and cracking of firebricks liner of sulphur-burning furnace and waste heat boiler in sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant or fluidized bed roaster in pyrite-based sulphuric acid plant are common problems. The spraying technology was used to repair firebricks liner of sulphur-burning furnaces in two 400 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plants of Weidun Chemical Co. The repair work only spent more than one hour. Production practice showed that application of spraying technology produced a good effect and service life of sulphur- burning furnace would be greatly extended.
