利用硫酸尾气废热生产固体硫酸铵的技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对氨-酸法硫酸尾气脱硫系统中生产固体硫酸铵采用的传统工艺和负压强制循环蒸发工艺中存在问题,提出了利用硫酸尾气废热生产固体硫酸铵新工艺并从理论上进行了可行性分析。介绍了新工艺的流程及关键设备蒸发结晶塔的设计,采用该工艺可简化工艺流程、减少设备投资、降低能耗,并且有利于尾气脱硫。 According to the problems existing in solid ammonium sulphate production with SO2 tail gas from sulphuric acid plant by traditional ammonia-acid method and negative pressure forced circulation evaporation process, a new process that utilizes waste heat of tail gas to produce solid ammonium sulphate is proposed and theoretical feasibility is analyzed. The new process flow and design of key equipment, evaporation crystallization tower, are described. Application of the new process would simplify process flow, decrease equipment investment and reduce energy consumption, as well as being beneficial to SO2 removal.
