摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)定量分析轻稀土元素(LREEs)La,Ce,Pr,Nd,Sm,并研究了轻稀土元素谱线干扰的校正。在实验波长下,构造了5种轻稀土元素的K矩阵模型。分别利用K矩阵校正测定稀土富渣、稀土混合物和铝合金样品,样品平行测定的相对标准偏差在0.17%~2.6%之间,回收率为93%~110%。本实验利用K矩阵校正稀土元素谱线干扰,无需对稀土元素进行分离,实现了稀土元素的快速、准确测定。
The light rare earth elements (LREEs) including La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm were quantitatively analyzed by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The correction of spectral interference for LREEs was studied. The K matrix models for the five LREEs were created at experimental wavelength. The rare earth rich slag, rare earth mixtures and aluminum alloy samples were determined with K matrix correction. The relative standard deviation was 0.17 %-2.6% and the recovery was 93 %-110 %. In this study, the spectral interference of LREEs was corrected with K matrix without separation. This method could be applied to the rapid and accurate determination of LREEs.
