摘要
准确度与正确度的概念在一些理化分析中常被混淆,本文介绍了正确度的定义,以帮助理解这两者之间的关系与区别。文中简述了在正确度评估中国际上比较规范的试验方法和评估程序。并以示例的形式对正确度的评估程序:最大允许偏倚的确定、标准方法标准差的计算、所需重复测定次数的确定、统计量的计算、统计分析等步骤逐一加以说明,以便在日常理化检验中能够准确应用正确度的试验方法和评估程序,保证试验结果的准确性。
The conceptions of accuracy and trueness are usually be confused in some physical and chemical analysis. In this paper, the definition of trueness was introduced to help readers understand the relationship and difference of them. The comparatively normative international testing method and procedure for trueness evaluation was briefly described. Moreover, some examples were used to ex- plain each step of evaluation procedure for trueness, including the ascertain of maximum tolerable bias, the calculation of standard deviation of standard method, the determination of needed repeating testing times, the calculation of statistic and the statistic analysis, etc. The objective of this paper was to accurately use the testing method and evaluation procedure for trueness in routine physical and chemical test to guarantee the accuracy of testing results.
