摘要
对黄原胶(XG)和丙烯酸(AA)进行60Coγ辐射制备黄原胶/丙烯酸接枝共聚物(XG-g-PAA)。考察了原料配比及辐射条件对产品接枝率及接枝效率的影响,以FT-IR、XRD、SEM分析了接枝物的分子结构及形貌,以TG分析其热性能。结果表明,当XG质量浓度为10g/L,AA与XG质量比为8,辐射总剂量为6.0kGy,甲醇与水的体积比为7:3时,产品接枝率达130.8%,接枝效率达82.4%。SEM表明辐射引发较化学引发更易得到多孔疏松的产品,且添加甲醇水溶液可明显提高产品的孔隙率。初步探讨了辐射接枝机理。
XG-g-PAA was prepareded through ^60Coγ irradiation. The effect of the preparation conditions to graft ratio an graft efficiency was investigated. The structure and thermal properties of products were analyzed by IR, XRD, SEM and TG. The results show the optimal condition is that xanthan gum mass concentration is 10 g/L, monomer-to-xanthan gum mass ratio is 8, total dose is 6.0 kGy and volume ratio of methanol to water is 7:3. The graft ratio and graft efficiency of product is 130.8%, 82.4% respectively. SEM reflects it is much easier to obtain porous products through ^60Coγ irradiation than initiator and porosity is obviously improved by adding methanol. The mechanism of graft copolymerization through ^60Coγ irradiation was primary discussed.
