摘要 目的:研究HIF-1α、survivin、EGFR在乳腺癌中的表达情况,并探讨其相关性及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化(SABC法)对60例乳腺癌组织及30例癌旁组织中的HIF-1α、survivin及EGFR蛋白进行检测。结果:HIF-1α、sur-vivin、EGFR在乳腺癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织,并与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分级无相关性,而与腋淋巴结转移呈正相关;乳腺癌组织中HIF-1α的表达与survivin和EGFR的表达呈正相关。结论:HIF-1α、survivin、EGFR可能通过抑制细胞凋亡对乳腺癌的发生和发展起重要作用,HIF-1α可能成为肿瘤分子靶向治疗中新的靶点。 Objective :To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible fector-1α ( HIF-1α) , survivin, epidermal growth factor receptor ( EGFR ) and the significance in breast cancer. Methods:Immunohistochemical technique(SABC method) was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α, survivin and EGFR in tissues of breast cancer(60cases) and paracacinoma normal tissues(30cases). Results : The positive rate of HIF-1α, survivin and EGFR expression was significantly higher in breast cancer than that in paraearcinoma normal tissues. The expression had no relation to the ages, tumor size or histology grading, but was positively associated with metastasized axillary lymph nodes. Also, the expression of HIF-1α showed a positive correlation with survivin and EGFR. Conclusion:HIF- 1α, survivin and EGFR may be functional in carcinogenesis of breast cancer by suppressing apoptosis, and HIF-1α is hopeful to be a new moleeular target in cancer therapy.
