妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A与高血压病的关系

摘要 目的:通过检测高血压病患者外周血妊娠相关血浆蛋白-A(pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A,PAPP-A)和C-反应蛋白(C-reactiveprotein,CRP)的浓度,探讨PAPP-A和CRP与高血压之间的关系。方法:81名原发性高血压病患者,根据血压水平分为高血压病1级、2级和3级共3组,分别采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附实验和双抗体放射免疫法检测81名高血压患者血清PAPP-A和CRP的浓度,并对检测结果进行比较。结果:①高血压病1级和高血压病2级两组比较PAPP-A无显著性差异;高血压病3级与高血压病1级、2级比较PAPP-A浓度有显著性差异。②高血压病1级、2级和3级各组比较CRP浓度无显著性差异。结论:PAPP-A在高血压病3级时表达增加,提示PAPP-A可能参与高血压的发病。 Objective: To explore the relationship between pregnancy-associated plasma protein-A (PAPP-A) and essential hypertension by measuring the concentration of the peripheral blood and C-reactive protein (CRP) from such patients. Methods:Eighty-one subjects were selected based on the major criteria of essential hypertension and allocated to group 1, 2 or 3 by level of the hypertension. Double antibody sandwich ELISA and radioimmunoassy were used to measure the level of PAPP-A and CRP in those 81 patients, with comparison of the results. Results: No significant difference was found between the PAPP-A concentration in patients of hypertension level 1 and 2, but the level was different as compared with patients of hypertension level 1 and 3 or 2 and 3. There was no evident difference in CRP measurement among patients of hypertension level 1, 2 or 3 in comparison ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion : Increased plasma PAPP-A concentration may be a higher risk factor with essential hypertension.
