摘要
目的:对120例湿疹患者食物不耐受的血清特异性IgG的检测及食物干预研究。方法:采用ELISA法检测湿疹患者食物不耐受的血清特异性IgG并随机分组进行食物干预。结果:120例湿疹患者不耐受的血清特异性IgG的检测阳性率为92%,食物调整组治疗有效率为75%,非调整对照组为19.2%,P<0.01。结论:食物不耐受可作为湿疹患者寻找过敏原的一个有效途径,并可作为湿疹患者的饮食指导。
Objective :To determine the serological specificity IgG in eczema patients with food intolerance for correcting the dietary formula. Methods: Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method was used to detect the level of serum specificity IgG in 120 eczema patients with food intoleranee before they were evenly randomized into groups for food intervention or controls( n = 60 ). Results :92% of the patients were found with positive specific IgG. 75% responded to the food intervention but only 19.2% did to the treatment in the control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Food intolerance can be an important indicator for determining the allergen in patients with eczema and as a guidance for correcting their dietary formula in daily life.
