摘要 目的:研究吲哚美辛栓在无痛人流术中应用的临床效果,探讨阿托品+异丙酚+吲哚美辛栓在无痛人流术中应用的可行性。方法:选择60例门诊无痛人流的患者,随机分为两组在超声引导下可视微管人流。Ⅰ组阿托品+异丙酚+芬太尼,Ⅱ组阿托品+异丙酚+吲哚美辛栓。监测两组患者术前术中术后的血压,心率,血氧饱和度,麻醉效果,异丙酚总量,出血量,意识恢复时间,行走恢复时间。结果:术中血压,心率,血氧饱和度,出血量两组比较无显著性差异,麻醉效果,术后宫缩痛,异丙酚总量,意识和行走恢复时间两组比较有显著性差异。结论:阿托品+异丙酚+吲哚美辛栓用于超声引导微管人流术中是安全有效的,对缓解术后宫缩痛效果显著,值得推广。 Objective: To investigate the effect of indometacin suppositories in combination with atropine and propofol in the painlessly induced abortion. Methods: Sixty early pregnant women were randomized into two groups undergone indolent induced abortion on outpatient basis by using visual miero-eannula under the guidance of uhrasonography. Group I were managed by atropine in combination with propofol and fentanl, and group II received combined use of atropine and propofol and indometaein suppositories. The patients were observed with regard to blood pressure ( BP ) , heart rate ( HR), oxygen saturation ( SpO2 ), anesthesia effect, total dosage of propofol, blood loss, consumption of consciousness recovery and off-bed movement during the whole procedure. Results: The two groups had no significant difference in terms of BP, HR, SpO2 and blood loss, but were significantly different in anesthesia effect, post-operative pain from uterine contraction, total dosage of propofol, consciousness recovery and off-bed movement. Conclusion : Atropine in combination with propofol and indometain suppositories can produce good anesthesia effect on indolent induced abortion by uhrasound-guided,micro-cannula.
