肥料类型对花生产量和品质的影响

Effects of Different Fertilizer Types on the Yield and Quality of Peanut

研究了施用氮肥、磷肥、三元复合肥和农家肥对花生产量及品质的影响。结果表明:施用不同类型的肥料均可以增加花生的主茎高度和侧枝长度,提高荚果产量,改善籽仁品质,提高籽仁蛋白质、脂肪、油酸和蔗糖含量,降低棕榈酸和硬脂酸含量,但对分枝数和油酸/亚油酸影响不大。施用复合肥对提高出仁率和增加产量作用最明显,施用磷肥对提高花生脂肪酸含量作用最明显,施用有机肥对提高蔗糖和总糖含量作用最明显。

The effects of nitrogen fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, compound fertilizer and farmyard manure on the yield and quality of peanut were studied. The results showed that the application of different fertilizer types could increase main stem height, lateral branch length and yield, and improve the yield and kernel quality, including increasing the contents of protein, fat, oleic acid and sucrose, decreasing the contents of palmitic acid and stearic acid, and having little effect on the branch number and O/L. The effects of compound fertilizer on increasing the kernel rate and yield were most obvious. The effects of phosphate fertilizer on increasing the content of fatty acid kernel were most obvious. The effects of farmyard manure on increasing the contents of sucrose and total sugar were most obvious.
