Peasant workers had made great contributions to the urban construction and development. Unfortunately, peasant workers were discriminated. It was the inevitable requirement to constructing harmonious society that solving the problems of discriminating the peasant workers. The main manifestations were introduced, the main reasons were analyzed, and the suggestions were put forward.
