摘要
采用自由基聚合法,以丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为共聚单体,合成了油井水泥降失水剂。结果表明,在反应温度为40℃,NVP质量分数为3%,引发剂过硫酸铵及亚硫酸氢钠质量分数为0.08%的条件下,所合成降失水剂具有较好的耐温、耐盐性能。
The fluid loss additive for oil well cement was synthesized by free radical polymerization with acrylamide, AMPS and vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) as monomers. The results showed that the fluid loss additive had better heat - resistant and salt - resistant properties under the condition of temperature 40℃ ,the mass fraction of NVP 3% ,the mass fraction of initiator 0.08%.
