摘要
以某型辅助动力装置(APU)为控制对象,设计了全权限数字电子控制器,基于该控制器设计了APU的控制软件,通过接入仿真监控系统、传感器、执行机构等实物建立了APU的半实物仿真平台。对APU实际工作过程的半实物仿真结果表明,该系统能有效地控制APU,并实时反映APU的运行情况,为APU系统的研制提供了良好的试验手段。
The full authority digital electronic controller is designed for a certain type of Auxiliary Power Unit ( APU). The control software of APU is designed. Through simulation and monitor system, sensors and implementing agencies, the hardware-in-the-loop simulation ( HILS ) platform for APU is built. The simulation test at dynamic conditions is completed. The results show that the system can not only control APU effectively, but also provides a convenient means for APU system research.
