摘要
供油调节器是航空发动机综合控制系统的主要执行机构。介绍和分析了机械式供油调节器的基本工作原理及其节流特性;对数字式供油调节器进行了研究,重点分析和计算了其结构、流量控制过程、滑阀受力状况和典型响应时间,表明数字式供油调节器的工作品质明显优于机械式调节器的。
The fuel supply regulator was the major execution module of the comprehensive control system for an aeroengine. The operation principle and throttle characteristics of the mechanical fuel supply regulator were presented and analyzed. The structure, process of flow control, stress of slide valve and typical response time of the digital fuel supply regulator were analyzed and calculated significantly. The results show that the quality of the digital fuel supply regulator is better than the mechanical fuel supply regulator.
