摘要
以可编程多轴运动控制卡(PMAC)为基础构建伺服控制系统,采用Visual C++编制控制程序,将转台系统中管理、控制功能分作若干个模块来实现,负责底层伺服驱动的函数利用PMAC语言编写,可以被直接调用。整个控制软件能完成数据及运动状态显示、伺服驱动、定位等任务。
This paper constructs the servo control system based on programmable multi-axes controller(PMAC), uses Visual C++ to program the control software. The functions of management and control in rotary table system are realized by dividing them into several modules. The function that is charged with the bottom-servo driving is programmed by PMAC language and can be called directly. The whole control software can finish data and motion status display, servo driving ,locating, etc.
