摘要
利用解冻后的大熊猫冷冻精液,分别进行体外存活试验、顶体反应试验、异种穿卵试验和低渗膨胀试验,并对低渗膨胀试验与其他试验作相关性分析。结果显示:各试验之间存在一定的相关性。精子低渗膨胀率与精子的体外37℃存活时间呈显著正相关,r=0.79(P<0.05);与体外异种受精率呈极显著正相关,r=0.90(P<0.01)。说明大熊猫精子的低渗膨胀试验可以作为精子质量评价的重要指标。
The correlation of methods among survival in vitro, specifically acrosome reaction, heterogenetic penetrationegg and hypoosmotic swelling test ( HOST), of giant pandas semen was evaluated. Frozen giant panda semen was used in this research. The results were as follows: the hypoosmotic swelling rate of giant panda semen showed significant positive correlation with the survival time in vitro at 37℃, the correlation coefficient was 0.79 (P 〈 0.05 ) , the hypoosmotic swelling rate of giant panda semen showed highly significant positive correlation with the heterogenetie penetration-egg rate in vitro, the correlation coefficient was 0.90( P 〈 0. 01 ). The research results show that the hypoosmotic swelling test may be considered as an effective method to evaluate the semen quality of giant pandas.
