病证结合肝癌动物模型体现肝癌病与证的紧密联系,符合中医理论和临床实践,为中医药抗肝癌实验研究提供了中医理论基础,在肝癌疾病动物模型的基础上,复制具有中医证侯特征的病证结合动物模型,选择对证治疗药物,从方证对应的角度着手用药,可以深入系统地阐明中药复方治疗肝癌的体内作用机制,为找寻肝癌中医证的实质提供新的方案和手段,已成为中医肝癌实验动物模型发展的新方向。本文对病证结合肝癌动物模型的研究现状进行综述。

The animal model of hepatoearcinoma combining syndrome with disease shows the close relationship of syndrome and disease of hepatocareinoma, and conforms to traditional Chinese medical theory and clinical practice. This animal model provides a theoretical basis of Chinese medicine for the experimental researches of anti-liver cancer medicine, and may become the latest trend of Chinese medical experimental animal models. Based on the animal model of hepatocarcinoma, the establishment of the animal model combining syndrome with disease which has characteristic of Zheng in traditional Chinese medicine, and choosing the related medicine and formula according to Zheng, will further systematically expound the mechanism the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine on hepatocarcinoma, provide new ways and schemes to find the essence of Zheng in hepatocareinoma, and become a new orient of animal model of hepatocarcinoma of traditional Chinese medicine. This article reviewed the status of the hepatocareinoma animal models combining syndrome with disease.
