摘要
试验采用高效液相色谱法检测猪组织(肌肉、肝脏、肾脏)中的喹乙醇残留量,通过对饲料中喹乙醇添加量和组织中喹乙醇残留量的分析,建立数学模型。研究表明,饲料中喹乙醇的添加量在75~125μg/g的范围内,饲料添加量与猪组织(肌肉、肾脏、肝脏)的残留数学模型分别为:y=0.0496x+0.544;y=2.9338e^0.0106x;y=2.9959e^0.0112x。
The technique of the high liquid chromatography (HLC) was used to determinate olaquin- dox residues amount in pig tissues, and the mathematical model of olaquindox residues regularity was established by analyzing different olaquindox addition level in feed and residues in tissues. The result showed, during 75 Ixg/g to 125 μg/g feed addition level, linear regressions between feed added and muscle, kidney, liver residues of Olaquindox were y=0.0496x+0.544;y=2.9338e^0.0106x;y=2.9959e^0.0112x respectively.
