The development of filamentous fungi＇s molecular biological research is so rapid, especially the study on the genetic transformation of filamentous fungi, as an effective method in the molecular bi- ological studies, has made a very big progress in the most resent years. Here, some progresses on the research of genetic transformation of filamentous fungi were introduced, including some transformation methods, selective markers and the methods of getting gene tag.
