摘要
比较了蘑菇属(Agaricus)主栽种双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)、大肥菇(Agaricus bitorquis)、姬松茸(Agaricus blazei)和野蘑菇(Agaricus arvensis)的生物学特性和栽培特性,旨在从共性和差异性总结出蘑菇属的特性,为研究驯化开发蘑菇属其他种提供依据。并对蘑菇属发展前景进行了展望。
The cultivation characteristics and biological characteristics of main cultivated species of Agaricus bisporus, Agaricus bitorquis, Agaricus blazei, Agaricus arvensis were compared. The aim was to summarize the characteristics from its commonness and differences for study, domestication and exploiture of the other species of Agaricus. The future development of Agaricus was prospected.
