摘要
介绍了用于固体推进剂能量特性配方设计的专家系统(SPES)。SPES构造包括了专家知识库、知识查询与获取、性能分析、配方设计、推理机、用户界面及帮助等模块。SPES采用最小自由能数学模型,具有推进剂性能参数预示、数据保密、最大比冲或给定比冲下的配方设计等功能。该系统基于Windows'XP系统,操作简便,可考虑几百种燃气组分,计算参数与实际参数之间的误差可减少到2%之内,一般可达到1%左右,对于固体推进剂及相应固体火箭的研制具有十分重要的应用意义。
An expert system applied in formula design of solid propellant based on energy characteristic (SPES) was introduced. The expert knowledge library, knowledge inquiry and gain, performance analysis, formula design, inference engine, user interface, help module and so on are included in SPES structure. The minimum free energy mathematical model was used, the performance parameter prediction of propellant, data security, formula design with the highest specific impulse or given specific impulse functions and so on were realized in SPES. Based on Windows'xP, the system operates simply and considers several hundred kinds of gas components with the errors less than 2% between calculation parameters and actual parameters, generally in 1%. So it has a very important significance in application of development on solid propellants and solid rockets.
