SSBR T2530在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用

摘要 试验研究溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)T2530在半钢子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明,采用SSBR T2530等量替代乳聚丁苯橡胶(ESBR)1712,胶料的门尼粘度略有增大,焦烧时间略有缩短,硫化速度提高;硫化胶300%定伸应力和拉伸强度略有减小,撕裂强度、回弹值和阿克隆磨耗量增大;成品轮胎生热和滚动阻力降低。 The application of SSBR T2530 in tread compound of semi-steel radial tire was experimentally investigated. The results showed that,by using SSBR T2530 instead of ESBR1712 by equal weight,the Mooney viscosity of compound increased slightly,the scorch time reduced slightly,the curing rate increased; the stress at 300% elongation and tensile strength of vulcanizate decreased slightly,the tear strength, resilience and Akron abrasion loss increased;the heat build-up and rolling resistance of finished tire decreased.
