摘要
本文针对结构特征和技术关键,筒节焊接工艺措施、滚圈筒节制造、滚圈筒节拼接、端面坡口和定位孔加工等方面进行分析,确保筒体强度和使用寿命,避免筒体焊缝的内部缺陷和完全充分消除焊接应力。
This thesis analysis the main factors for ensure the strength and the service time of large halling drum shell, including the characteristics of structure, crutial technology, welding procedures of shells, split joint of shell, bevel of end side and machining of locating holes. By taking these factors into account, the internal defects of weldings on shell will be avoided and stress after welded will be released.
