介绍了溶剂型涂料在涂装过程中对人体、周围环境所涉及的危害及如何对其进行防护,在涂装工艺的每个环节强调安全问题,加强涂装的安全教育,并积极采取相应的防护措施是刻不容缓的问题,还对未来涂料涂装作业的发展方向做了展望。

This paper introduced solvent--based paint harmed to the human body, the surrounding environment in the painting process and how to protection it, in the process of painting emphasis on security every link, strengthen safety education of coating, and take appropriate protective measures is urgently needed, will be inevitable. It is worth noting that, painting operational safety in all aspects of design, only a comprehensive approach can be effective. This paper also prospected on the future direction of development.
