摘要
针对高炉炼铁烟灰的特点,用酸溶解试样,在盐酸(6mol/L)介质中,用甲苯一甲基异丁基酮(6+3.5)萃取氯镓酸络阴离子,与罗丹明B生成红色络合物,分光光度法测定高炉炼铁烟灰中镓的含量。于有机相中加入无水乙醇从而消除少量残存水相对测定的干扰,方法准确,选择性好。镓在O~30bLg/20mL内符合朗伯一比耳定律。相对标准偏差RSD≤0.63%(n=8),平均回收率为98.5%~101.2%。
Use acid to dissolove sample for iron--smelting cigarette ash of high temperature furnace in accordance with special characteristis. In hydrochloric acid (6 mol/L) solution, use toluene and 4--nethyl--2 --pentanone(6+3.5) to extract gallium and become a red gallium complex with rhodmine B. Determination of gallium with speetrophotometry. Add dehydrated alcohol and eliminate influence for a little water. The method is accurate and selective. The RSD(%) is not more than 0.63% and recovery of 98.5% - 101.2 %. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0 - 30 μg/20 mL for gallium .
